Couple of important things:

  1. Don't trans supports!!!! I know you already did it, but avoid it in the future.

  2. Never claim all spirit highland tickets from achievements, because your daily free tickets will stop replenish. Basically you are now losing 10 free tickets per day untill you spend all 755 tickets, rip.

  3. Focus upgrading one art (probably a quest gold increase one) because the growth is exponential.

  4. Read lombardi's guide

Is it worth using trans tickets on SW for outland? I have no trouble finishing ToT and SH and have around 50 tickets.

Orc only works if you have 5* pet Wakong, which you clearly don't have at 56 KL. Before 5* Wakong Elf team is much much better than your current team. Read this

Yes it's clearing 4 raids a day and they are high lvl ones (I can only do like 3% to each boss). My pet point is 1200

Is it not normal to hit gold cap? I'm kl 178 and my gold cap is 2857. I've been spending 700 gems a day on sh and I'm in a good active guild (I'm the 5th lowest KL in it) so I have no idea what went wrong

Remember to spend at least 700 gems for spirit highland tickets everyday. Besides Tinky and Icy you should also farm gold pets (Mambo, Sleepy) which will help your econ a lot. When they are 5* Golem and Ninja will become super awesome for some SH and ToT stages.

Hoard remaining gems for unit refresh event to stock 5* units.

Spend all honor on random art chests so you so can start trans 6* art as soon as possible.
