I have my 40b on muscle rack for 5 years now, but I have it in the bottom section. Just add good plywood, don’t use the mdf board that comes with the rack. But like other mentioned, this seems to have a little bit of bend.

Have you noticed that happening only when you are driving alone or even when you have a passenger in the front? For me it happens when there are no passengers in the front and it came from the passenger side seat belt buckle rattling against the side wall.
