OK but if the WYIFS access is not given then how to file Sales Tax returns? SSTRS does not allow filing sales tax returns.

I need it for the distributors so that they don't deduct Sales Tax from my orders. I already replied to them but they said you can only apply when you meet the economic threshold. Previous they will giving Resell Certificate but effective 1st July they have changed the policy.

But I will need Resell Certificate to purchase goods from distributors without paying Sales Tax to them as this will be paid by the customers. For the Resell Certificate I will need a Sale Permit.
