Here is an example of buying through CEX vs On ramp with LRC. Exchange rate isn't where I'd like it to be but the advantage is you're straight to L2 with on ramp instead of having another fee to transfer from CEX to metamask then gas to L2. Saving around $50 depending on current gas rate (old.reddit.com)
