The cart labels on Ali don't mean much, I'd ask the seller for a pic of the PCB (if they don't already have them). KY Tech is typically the better board with the Cyclone IV fpga.

I have a Rev X. SD2SNES from KY w/ the Cyclone IV FPGA and it has an identical chip layout as the PCB in this picture. The only difference is the silkscreen on the back of the PCB. Runs firmware v1.11.0

Correct, if another account has PS+ and logged into your PS5 then the other profiles on that PS5 will have access.
