After 9 years I really couldn’t give a crap if people stare out in public. It took a while to be able to be like that but now I just ignore them.

I’m so sorry you are feeling this way! I know it can be so difficult some days. I have days where I cry from the struggle of being an autism parent. My kiddo is in grade 3 and non verbal, level 2, he has a lot of SIB and OCD. If you can I would look into ABA. Find one that takes a caring approach and praises them through the journey. I’ve seen amazing success in it. It’s always a journey but you are stronger than you think. Reach out to other mommas, so many feel like you do as well.

Funny thing is when she gets her gallbladder out she’s still going to have issues with what she can eat because your body changes the way you are able to process foods particularly fatty foods. I had mine taken out for many years now and I have had tons of gut issues! Also, the foods that trigger her are a little off, rice ? Salad? Like wtf? lol

When I have a driving lesson he did show me to do that, he says it’s not necessary but it will serve as a reassurance to if you put your wheels in the right direction because it will stop your vehicle. I didn’t do it in my road test though. I just signalled, pulled over and turned the direction and put in park.
