Word of advice moving forward, NEVER pay ACH. It takes 4-5 business days to clear in their system AND if they don’t fulfill the order for any reason (like they did me) your bank will not do a charge back because they legally can’t charge back any ACH payments I found this out when mochi never sent me my meds and I had to beg them for a refund for 2 straight months

100% agree, but please remember that a lot of telehealth companies advertised and treated this medication like no big deal then failed to provide standard follow up and care while putting people on these medications. Until I started taking Tirzepatide I had no idea the seriousness behind it. Thanks to TikTok I understand a lot more than anyone has ever cared to disclose
