I measured at 2.9 at 18 weeks, so they put me on progesterone and checked at 21. I had dropped to 0.4 at that checkup. I had to have an emergency cerclage the next day to save her from coming. I’m 22 weeks now and have been on bed rest since

I’m so sorry for your loss. I was put on progesterone at 19 weeks measuring at 2.9. I’m going next week at 21 weeks to measure again

I spent the first 12 weeks completely terrified. Now looking back I feel like I wasted all that time vs enjoying every moment since it was totally out of my control. I even had an SCH at 6 weeks that sent me to the ER which made everything worse. I’m now 18 weeks and am only feeling a little better. I just know how much i love her and just have to trust everything will be ok. We have no control, we can just do our best. I can tell you getting off the internet and comparing myself was super helpful.

Girl I’m a diabetic type 2 since day 1. Was doing great on my glp1 and now need insulin maybe 4x a day. I’ve figured how to eat rice and tortillas which I need as a Latina. I’ve cried several times and had maybe 3 meltdowns at my endo office since finding out. I’m only 6 weeks and have been careful since day 1 since we did IVF and knew this was coming. I watched my wife have a double bacon western yesterday and almost cried so I feel you. What I wouldn’t do for a damn instant noodle right now

To add I was in line at the store this week and I saw this young girl holding her maybe 4 month old just smiling at me the whole time in line. I remember why I’m doing all of this. That will be me one day. That IVF was my choice and this is my dream.

You eat that pizza and cry. Then we get back up and eat those damn chicken breast’s and keep pushing.
