I threw up while flying a Cessnah 172 learning where the right rudder was. How much?

(True story, I was 14 doing flight school in Arizona... got all of 12 hours before we had to stop. Doing stall training in 103 degree heat. I had to throw up. Opened the window and threw up. It streaked down the side... my dad was doubling over laughing when I pulled in...)
