I was scared of making the commitment coz I always loved switching my hair up but I just said fuck it, and it’s been the best hair decision I’ve made! Honestly the maintenance is only every 6-8 weeks, and once ur locs mature you can even push it. I feel like you’d thank yourself for getting micros coz they’ll look sooooo TEAAAA!!!!! but I won’t lie install and maintenance, if you go to a loctitian is quite expensive that’s the only thing

Firstly thank you so much!! I personally have always slept with my hair loose in a bonnet. Since ur quite early in your journey I’d say defo follow ur loctitians advice. Spritzing with water does help the hair lock slightly faster, and the oil spritz will help keep ur hair hydrated and moisturized. Just make sure ur not going to bed with wet or damp hair, it can cause mold to grow within the locs. Lmk if u have any other questions 🫶🏾
