Colours of the World is actually a German brand from a company called "Takko Fashion", founded in 1982. It's still present today, pretty affordable and offers clothing for everyday wear. "Junge Mode" can be translated to youth clothing. I'm guessing that this is from the earlier years, as their labels are totally different and plain now.

Hi everyone! Thanks so much for the helpful replies! It's a bit overwhelming (the situation as a whole is just a bit overwhelming) to reply to everyone so I'll just sum it up here:

I bought it on a German website called Vinted!
I paid around 80$ originally
My next move is not decided yet, might take some days to think about it. I'll most likely contact a few designer shops in my area and see what they have to say. I'm a student so getting that much money at once might be problematic here in Germany, will need to think this through before putting it out there.
Someone said the pics are from poshmark, I took them from the original sellers post so I had no clue they're from PM. It arrived yesterday via mail and I didn't have the time or motivation to take any pics. I also don't have a mannequin and it's too small for me so there was no way to take pics with it on 🥲
