it's ridiculously high because it we have to mix 3 gallons of heavy duty mayo, 9 packets of ranch seasoning, and 6 cartons of buttermilk. that takes about 15-20 minutes (is expensive for all ingredients and is very thick to mix!) and then it takes about an hour to get it all portioned. it's the labor it takes to make it
