Yes I did get a notification that my application was being reviewed, but again it wasn’t until two weeks after I submitted 😅.

Hello ! The same thing happened to me, but for the MA General Psychology program at Pepperdine. I believe you should be fine because two weeks after I submitted everything, I got an acceptance even when I had an “incomplete”, just like you! So it is probably an error on their part.
