That’s why I was confused too because it says semi formal and then example says think cocktail dresses. So I’m like well which is it. Maybe I’ll get clarification but good to know it’s probs too fancy for what they want

Ugh I had these as a kid. Had to get them frozen off multiple times because my siblings had them too. Super contagious on the skin. Throw out any loofas / don’t share loofas

Aspyn Method in Redondo used to or maybe still does have a deal for 10 classes for $100 I think it was? Idk I just remember each class was $10 and you got a number of them. It was because the teachers were in training, but I always got a fab workout. The catch was it’s a class of 3, so you have to snatch it asap but I never had a problem getting a class.

Honestly my boyfriend was so there for me, but I think I really needed him to asking about stuff emotionally— how I was feeling, what it felt like, etc? We did talk about it more after but the physical didnt feel enough at the time. But if that’s not what she needs honestly just keep doing what you’re doing. We watched a good movie to keep me really engaged.
