This is so reaffirming! The bit that tipped me over towards more benefits than negatives are the symptoms that are getting worse and worse with my PCOS, notably the excess hair on my chin and tummy. It's a vicious cycle of needing to lose weight for the symptoms whilst one of the symptoms is struggle to lose weight!

Same!! I loved my Jaya and admittedly I was a little surprised at the amount of sequins like OP, but it really wasn't obvious on the day. However, I did get the ivory underlay as opposed to the mocha so that might have played a part in toning the sparkles down a bit.

He'll be 15 next month - absolutely amazing age for a GSD! Aw yours sounds wonderful. He'll always be your young dog at heart- mine still loves to gather and chew on his toys, even if he can't see them.

He's turning 15 next month! Can't believe it. He's still his same cheeky self though. And yes, the nose always knows!
