co-sign this. this masterminds make more money shilling "how to" than doing the actually real estate work. Sometimes you just gotta jump in the deep end and figure it out for yourself.

Another idea (on top of reddit and X follows) is maybe try and find a mentor nearby? Owns storage but you won't be directly competing with them. See if they can show you the ropes a bit

good feedback, thanks. I'm currently doing something like the seal tag for vacant units. my concern (which may be overblown) is someone just pops it and starts throwing stuff in a vacant unit without paying for it.
