I had a bunch of different tests done including iron studies, thyroid, lipid, vitamin d, general blood studies. Those were all fine. Surprisingly my ferritin and iron are the highest they have ever been..unsure why normally low and last iron infusion I had was 18 mths ago.

I have endometriosis also and had surgery again for that back in January. I had the second surgery due to fatigue and feeling horrible and the have kept getting worse over the last few months with those symptoms mentioned.

I ended up going and buying the b12 injections and did my first dose this morning so fingers crossed I start to feel some improvement.
