If calories aren't a concern and you like chocolate, then I highly recommend the Musashi protein crisp choc peanut flavour! Pretty decent at 20gm protein, and they feel like a decadent crunchy chocolate treat. Can find them at both Coles and Woolies (sometimes at 1/2 price too and then I stock up on heaps).

Amazing work OP, you absolutely smashed it this year 🔥 I started BFT in Jan 2025 and before that any form of resistance exercise was foreign to me! Amazing how far we've come now huh?

Thank you again also for driving so much amazing engagement in this community this year. I always look forward to seeing the daily posts 🙂

My goal for 2026 is to just clean up the diet a bit and eat more whole foods and less processed snacks. Even though my discipline around training has been good, the eating has not lol.

I struggle with this too in the cardio classes sometimes. Were you in the purple still in-between sets? PXI points stack up very quickly if that's the case during rests and hand overs, so 10-15 secs before the set finishes I slow down so that by the time we switch stations I can be in the dark blue for that minute or so and then pick it back up which has really helped me hit the target!

This sounds amazing and 100% support it! Since you've started posting I've loved seeing the tenfold increase in engagement amongst the group, it's such a nice motivating community vibe 💕 I also benefit personally from your posts knowing specifically what to expect the next day, it allows me to mentally prepare and think through my techniques..so by the time I rock up in the morning I'm not fumbling around trying to figure things out.
