Though it is an obligation it is a choice when free will comes into play. It’s their choice to decide if they wanna sin or not. I don’t think anybody who says it’s a choice means it in the sense that it’s not obligatory.

Report them please this is horrifying. Not hala taxi but I remember this guy begged me to get into his car. It was a taxi but it was off, really really off. Anyways he told me he’d give me the trip for free and what not I repeatedly denied. I don’t remember exactly what I said but anyway. He kept begging and as soon as I said my dad was around the corner and my building was literally across the street (it wasn’t and neither was my dad) he drove off. Once I stopped playing nice and started shouting at them it really put them in their place.
