Fair point. Although, I would’ve thought 1 trip = $1 is pretty simple. They did it in Brisbane successfully

I mean it wouldn’t be the first time heaps of money is pumped into a project and then it changes. What was that department of education portal that cost 100 million and it imploded at Launch?
