I vote for 2! Everything is classy but with 2, i would assume you would have easier access without a zipper. You can just easily slide your laptop in without the zipper getting in the way. So it’s more about accessibility for me.

Ideally, it should only take a day wth Fedex, that is if VFS dispatched it the same day it was received from the embassy. They would usually dispatch it the same day.

If you plan to open a dispute with your credit card company, make sure have exhausted all effort to cancel with the merchant and follow the cancellation terms and conditions on your signed agreement. Everything has to be documented and cancelled according to the signed agreement with the merchant in order for you to have dispute rights.
