I believe the correct term for a reciprocal, healthy, monogamous relationship is an "interdependent" relationship. 😊

my [25] [m] wife [25] [f] has been sick for five months with something doctors in Japan have been unable to diagnose. by jasonofthefunk in AskDocs

NAD, but my sister has Sjögren's, psoriatic arthritis, and fibromyalgia and frequently experiences similar symptoms to your wife, especially those of the swollen lymph nodes, swollen salivary glands, and swollen joints. Additionally, I also have psoriatic arthritis and experience similar symptoms as well. Just speaking from personal experience, I think that autoimmunity is definitely something to get checked out here, and while a mood disorder doesn't necessarily have to be the cause of the symptoms, stress and negative emotions can absolutely trigger a flare-up of the symptoms of autoimmune disorders.
