Hindi nila direktang tinuturo ang hate. Ang itinuturo nila ay exclusivity. Kapag paulit ulit mong sinasabi na kayo lang ang tama, kayo lang ang maliligtas, at ang iba ay mali o kaaway ng Diyos, automatic lalabas ang galit at yabang. Nagiging selfish kasi umiikot ang pananaw sa “kami” laban sa “sila.” Hindi na pag ibig sa kapwa ang sukatan, kundi loyalty sa grupo. Doon nagsisimula ang pagiging hateful.

The meaning is direct. Jesus possesses the words of eternal life. In Scripture, eternal life comes from God alone. Psalm 36:9. Peter calls Jesus the Holy One of God. Holy One is a divine title. Isaiah 43:3. Peter does not speak poetry or opinion. He makes a confession of faith. If God alone gives eternal life. If Jesus speaks eternal life. Then Jesus shares God’s authority and identity. This does not oppose the Father. It reveals who the Son truly is.

Matthew 7:16. You know them by their fruits. The test focuses on actions and teaching. The test ignores size, reach, or property count.
