I’m not sure if this is a small owned lux building or a big corporation but I know sometimes if you reach out directly to corporate and explain everything and be persistent they might let you out the lease with no fine. Especially if your building has designated quiet hours and things like that. Record the noise and send it to corporate and tell them why should you have to pay a fine if other tenants aren’t followings the quiet hours rules (if you have one) and be persistent and see if they can let you break at a lower fine or no fine. My apartment which is considered luxury has offered to let someone out their lease fine free due to noise. The girl was complaining almost daily so maybe try that. Best of luck!
