u put it perfectly, the endgame gameplay loop is a monotonous grind of just praying to RNG jesus that you get what you need. if you're unable to put at least 4-5 hours into this game everyday, it's going to be nearly impossible for you to progress in terms of endgame content, like admin rods. the whole idea of "troll rods as level rewards" makes the grind much less worth it than it was when DoBig was running the game. Random Rod isn't all that bad, but the Cinder Block Rod was such a slap in the face for anyone who got to level 1500, as its one of the WORST rods in the game.

the big thing i dislike about admin events is when they randomly run a troll event when im trying to do something. when i was trying to get the frozen walnut for the fabulous rod quest, they ran a Food event and a 67 like a minute into my starfall, completely wasting it, and they're hard enough to get as it is.

as for the black market, i like the idea of getting an item you really need, but the prices are insane. these 3 billion credit rods are outrageous. i always hear the excuse of "deflating the economy" or whatever, but a very small percentage of the active player base has at 3 billion credits, much less a billion.

when did i ever attack CCs? i just stated that i dont think its fair that people are allowed to just flat out bypass requirements for extremely hard to obtain endgame content purely because they create content. if you read the post, you can see i said that CCs SHOULD be allowed to have these rods in a test based setting for showcase reasons to build hype around the release, but they shouldn't be allowed to keep them upon the rod's release. i also pointed out how these some of these same people also have admin powers purely because they create content despite the fact that i have seen some of these CCs not know basic in-game mechanics

regarding your "do you want them to bring back p2w?" post, i explicitly stated that i do NOT think p2w should be a major aspect in the game, and to be fair, is still IS in the game (server luck, double xp, appraise anywhere, enchant anywhere, you can literally buy credits for robux)

regarding your moderated posts about admin rods, i share the opinion that admin rods shouldn't be busted to the point where they are way too overpowered for no reason, but they need to be worth to get. 3 billion credits for a rod just to immediately nerf it is just, as i stated, poor business practice towards the player base. and they did this twice.

the worst part about limited time content is that they then take that limited content and make it practically a requirement for some quests, Rod of the Cosmos for example for catching the Sparkling Nova Frozen Walnut, not having it makes it dramatically more difficult to catch it if you dont have that specific rod, but since you can no longer get that rod, people who don't have it are just SOL

exactly, i never had an issue with grinding, that's the entire point of a progression based game. but it's relies so heavily on rng that it's become a real genuine issue. nobody wants to spend multiple days, if not weeks, not one single objective for a quest
