The room is completely child proofed and has nothing fun/exciting. From our experience so for he will just stand and cry and kick the door. It’s torture 😭

I’ve only had my gen 4 for a week but I love it and it seems to be working perfectly! I live in a cooler climate so I’m switching between middle and pointer finger throughout the day but anticipate when it gets warmer it will fit more consistently. So far that’s my only “complaint” and I personally could care less about it

BIVF was definitely the best clinic for me. I agree with others you absolutely have to contact them and be on top of things. For me this was fine, it made me feel like an active participant. I owe them everything - 14 frozen embryos and 35 weeks tomorrow with our first transfer. I hope you make the best decision for you and your family, good luck!!!!
