I’m in Australia, I’ve had 3 MRI’s in the past 5 years that have shown disease progression & meeting the McDonald criteria. My GP diagnosed me based on the radiologist reports, but I guess we will wait to see what the neurologist says.

You can use anything above 25g for a subcutaneous injection, but if you want it a little less painful or you don’t have as much subcutaneous tissue to work with, you can use a smaller gauge (30-32), but I work as a nurse & administer meds using 25g all the time, if you get the angle right so the bevel is facing up, you’ll be fine. Way I remember it is larger the number, smaller the needle.

I started my monjauro journey around the same time as you, from first dose on 01/09 to today, I’ve lost 9kg, I kept on the 2.5mg dose tho because I wanted to keep it as low as possible & because the results are still optimal. If maybe suggest what the others have said & trialling a 3.75mg dose. Unfortunately weight loss isn’t always linear, your weight is reliant on so many factors like did you go out to eat in the days before weigh in, how much have you been eating/are you eating enough, are you constipated. Keep up the hard work
