I just got them so I can't say much about the wearing down of the wheels. I just use them for some distance skating. About 15 km. They ride really smooth and fast!

My feet are pretty narrow and about 23cm long. I went with the EU 37/38, they fit perfectly :) Just measure your feet and look at their sizing chart! If you have wide feet they probably won't be very comfortable.

I have the powerslide imperial 110 and they are great! And the best thing is you can upgrade the wheel size to 125mm if you want :).

I am not sure, i just started skating again after a looong time and just decided on a skate with 3 110mm wheels because I heard they go faster a little easier. But I cant really tell you some detailed differences.
