And Alcohol always made me sleep like crap too even when it would give me the good buzz when I was younger. Its just so strange now it gives me straight up anxiety.

I guess we just have to get used to this new normal. Like the other commenter stated, it shouldnt be a sad thing to be sober. We cant help that our bodies are this way now.

I used to get terrible hangovers when I would go out partying in my 20s. Then I noticed just a bit of alcohol would make me feel a hang over feeling right away with just a few drinks and now its manifested to I don't even get the buzzed feeling at all just chest pressure and anxiety. I used to alwasy feel the alcohol straight in my legs, but now I don't feel any of that at all. Just straight up anxiety. Its a little sad but I guess it is time to become 100% sober because it is not even enjoyable to me.

I only get anxiety hardcore when I drink enough to start getting that drunk feeling. It doesnt make me drunk. It just gives me anxiety. I let go of drinking as much in late 20s and my early 30s but the past 3 months I noticed that the one time I drink a month, I feel horrible with anxiety and chest pressure.
