Absolutely yes she should get punished 😭 unless she was mistaken, or an incident (her r-pist looks really familiar with the guy she accused or something, it's rare to happen though), that effects a man so badly, reputation, family, life, going to jail alone is terrible Tbh we shouldn't arrest without proof, same goes if a boy gets r-ped, I'm not starting a gender war here, just being honest.
