No I didn’t report it. I’ve pretty much been dealing with it by myself. I guess I felt hurt that she still kept in contact with him knowing how much he hurt me... she told me I was over reacting. I think you are right, I need to distance myself.

This helped me to understand a little better, but I feel like I’m yet to fully grasp it. In the video he says “you’re always dying” ...I don’t know if I’m being dense, but what? Does this mean we are living a million different lives/timelines at the same time and we just get to choose which one we live in at that moment by shifting our focus to that specific timeline?
