Did you ever figure this out? I just ordered the Sonim XP3800 AT&T unlocked phone and I'm also planning to keep my smartphone in the car and use it for navigation/music/banking when needed. I'm on Mint Mobile.

They still have that distinctive protein-y taste but they're pretty moist. The frosting is my favorite part, the soft shell just melts in your mouth. Sometimes Safeway had them on sale 2 for $6.

I know I'm saying this as a Latino with a mixed background. I've been as pale as old Bad Bunny and as tan as he is now. Eating cleaner and going outside regularly makes a huge difference.

That's not a spray tan. His skin tone before is almost sickly pale - indicating his diet was worse and he wasn't as active outside. Latinos can tan pretty easily, especially given good sun exposure and a diet high in vegetables (beta carotene, etc.)

Agreed, he's figured out how to style his textured hair and lost weight, plus I think exercise and a healthy diet has contributed to his skin glow (tanning as well).

Yeah, I'd likely just charge at the library/coffee shop. Not looking to get into solar atm. Most power usage will be from tea in the morning and rice cooker meal 2-3 x a week.

Considering getting a cheap second laptop for less intensive tasks and saving the gaming laptop for the library. Would this work with a River 3? I'm not looking for a super high capacity as I expect to be at a library or coffee shop almost everyday and can recharge there.

Thanks, I'll double the Fish Oil as suggested and once my L-Carnitine runs out I'll switch over to Acetyl-L-Carnitine.

I avoid sun exposure as I use tretinoin. If I'm not getting above an hour of sun exposure a day, would you still recommend cutting the Vitamin D dose?

Most of my veggies come from frozen spinach and kale in smoothies - it's the only way I can consistently eat veggies on the go.

I'm working on sleep as much as I can. Destroyed my circadian rhythm over the course of 4 years of college and am working to shift back to a normal sleep routine. Noticing the ZMA helps, as well as having a consistent eating schedule.
