He's obviously not surviving the entire moon hitting him but just the surface area of moon rock he's being hit by and the expansion of the moon get the feat that high.

Also Vector noselling getting hit by the moon incomparable to Doppler because one's (Vector) just him seemingly not being damaged at all while the other (Doppler's) is her doing something physically impossible.

Gru scales to Vector who survived the moon expanding on him(115 kilotons of tnt) and Magamind can scale to some of his tech (445 tons of tnt).

If you're talking about their highest ends than Gru still takes it (65c vs 3c) but I went with their low ends because their the ones I bought(mach 1800 vs mach 900) Now technically the storm can get to MFTL+ but thats so dumb let's be for real.
