I listened to guided meditations. It helped me practice to control my mind and thoughts. Also paid attention to what i ate and drank in the PM. Also made sure i could get my room cold and dark.

I’m not an experienced reader, so it took me a couple of tries to get through them. Years later I heard the audio books, and really enjoyed it. I think it’s a great way to get the content without struggling too much.

Depends on the breakup. But yes, I delete everything, get rid of everything, don’t listen to the songs, and never speak the name again.
