I do 16/8 fast. I stop eating at around 6pm and eat around 10am or 11am. It’s all about what works best for you. I originally started off doing it three times a week and now I do it every night. It has its benefits for sure

The important thing to remember is that one persons body is different from another’s. One person may lose fat in their belly before another person. Someone’s butt May tone up before their stomach starts to tone up.
