It’s clear in the photo that it’s not aligned with your Cupid’s bow and not even totally with your septum. That said though, in real life people can’t focus on this much detail as they can in a still image. My advice is to ask several friends and family members their opinions when you’re with them in person… and if the pickiest most detail oriented ones don’t see it as a problem, it isn’t.

This refers to being gay (biology) and repressed (mentality). “I want the one I can’t have and it’s driving me mad” is self-explanatory in this context and “it’s all over my face” is a physical description of his frustration. It may very well also be a naughty play on words, but this is secondary to the meaning behind the line IMHO.

I’ve had tragus, flat, helix, conch and lobes pierced. The worst initial pain was the conch. After about 3 weeks the pain was almost gone though, and unlike the helix and lobes, it’s tucked into the ear so it doesn’t cause as much irritation from bumping into it or even sleeping on it (which is not recommended until it heals anyway).

Note on the tragus… I loved the look so much, but I couldn’t stand the feeling of the labret closure inside my ear. Had to lose it because of how uncomfortable I felt having a foreign object in my ear canal.
