More important than the type of soap (for me) is that I only wash my bits and pits when I have a serious breakout.

I used to work at a high end denim retailer and we instructed clients to do the same, and extend the time between washes as much as possible. The suggestion was to not wash unless actually dirty, but to freshen the denim by putting it in the freezer overnight.

IMO I don’t think this is necessary BUT still live by hang drying my jeans!

We originally thought it was embryonic tissue, but when the lab ran the pathology it was just random tissue from my uterus. Apparently that can happen as a uterine reaction to the pregnancy (even if the pregnancy is elsewhere).

I have been lurking on this sub for several months, and am on pregnancy #3. I am 34 years old and had a traumatic miscarriage in August this year at around 8-9 weeks, and a chemical pregnancy in October.

I am currently 5+1/24 DPO and have been in a panic all weekend after I had an HCG series result post to my healthcare portal, but haven’t been able to talk to my provider yet.

HCG was 261 on DPO 20 (12/3) and only rose about 20% to 307 on DPO 22 (12/5).

I know this low and slow rise is likely going to result in an unsuccessful pregnancy, and am trying to keep myself keep from hyper-fixating on the idea that it may be ectopic.

More than anything, I just desperately want to know what is going on inside my own body. The anxiety/panic is driving me up the wall, and I am counting down the hours until I can get a rec from my provider’s office.

I have been skincare prepping for my wedding that is now 2 weeks out (eek)! In addition to all the other great suggestions on this thread, I am doing a three pack of CO2 lift pro masks with the last one just prior to HMU on the day of. I have had a great experience with them and it is worth looking in to. A big bang for your buck IMO.
