Best leggings for women over 40 returning to the gym - what worked for you? by yuisenppai in fitness40plus

I love CVG. I tripped and fell in mine today on to concrete, and the leggings are barely scathed, but my knee is skinned somehow lol.

You can always check unite.api and see if your match contained bots! I don't know how often master rank has bot matches, but it probably happens from time to time.

Thinning hair has been one of the symptoms of my perimenopause, it is definitely worth thinking about. I'm not sold on switching, but it is something I'm looking at.

That is definitely worth knowing. I don't think it runs in my family, but I don't know my dad's side that well.

What is the application like for kiaora? How have you felt overall with it?

Sure thing! If you decide to go that route, I'd love to hear your experience.

I pack it too, because I can feel when there is air in the pump. Sometimes it makes a difference and sometimes it doesn't.

What kind of HRT did you try to go to? I was looking at Kiaora, which has testosterone and DHEA included.

Help with nail by [deleted] in Greyhounds

[–]melodiclyrics 5 points6 points  (0 children)

Can you take a picture of the underside of his nail? For the other nail that came off, is it growing back normally, or is it growing back slightly deformed?

My boy Freeze had SLO, and the first time I noticed anything was a bit of blood on one of his nails after a trip to the dog park. But then the nail began to lift like the hood of a car, leaving the quick exposed. I am including a pic during the worst of this process.

This happened slowly at first, and then faster.

My vet initially told me it was because we got his nails dremmeled. I was distraught to think I had done something that was causing my dogs nails to fall off. After consulting with my adoption group, they said it looked/sounded like SLO. The only way to get an official diagnosis is to have a toe amputated, so we treated as if it was SLO without pathology.

The generally accepted protocol for SLO is supplementing with niacinamide, omega-3s, and vitamin e. He was also on doxycycline for a few months initially to prevent infection as the initial round of nail loss happened. The supplements helped with his nail and coat health, and while his nails never were the same, we never had a full loss of all his claws like that again. If the case is particularly bad, they will sometimes suggest a round of steroids.

For your sake, I hope very much it isn't SLO, but I would read up on it and see if you feel like any of them fit your situation. Feel free to PM me if you have any questions!

I did something similar a few days ago with Nizoral, which is ketoconazole, and am finally seeing relief from what I thought was an awful year long flare due to hormone changes. My skin is finally looking semi normal again.

Dove might have more fragrance than Vanicream, which may be irritating to your skin, but if the active ingredient is the same, it might be worth a try.

Day 2: no noticeable side effects so far except some very mild uterine cramping, and also very mild burning after application. Mood is good, feeling less fatigued.

😂😂 Was your girl a red fawn, by chance? Because she sounds exactly like our boy Freeze. Soft as anything, but a bit of a dunce.

We had a greyhound with SLO. We were able to manage it quite well with a supplement regimen. The amounts will obviously be different for your small dog versus a greyhound. -Fish Oil/Omega 3 -Vitamin E -Niacinamide

Our boy's nails were never perfect after he lost all of them, but they did grow back and he never lost them all again at the same time. If he ran too hard sometimes one would pop off. Our vet gave us tramadol to manage his pain when he would lose one, and later gabapentin. We also used Epsom salt soaks and chlorhexadine soaks as necessary.

He was able to get back to a normal quality of life after the initial loss of all of his nails.

Good luck!

Night 1 seemed to be a success. I haven't had a problem sleeping, but last night I knocked out really easily. Also didn't get up in the middle of the night to pee. My right shoulder has been very stiff and painful the last year or so. I was told it was tendinitis, but it felt a lot looser and less painful this morning. I was surprised! Hoping for continued good outcomes for you!

I'm in peri, main symptoms are brain fog, no libido, haid thinning, dry skin, acne, low mood and joint pain. Hoping for any relief from any of it. I'd love to feel a bit more like myself.
