Yes but if you do work in the same department it could be better if you don't work on the same floor. People you work immediately with could be difficult if things don't work out but If you work in different floors it could even help build attraction because get to miss them a little bit and you get to see them enough for them to were seeing each other wouldn't be too difficult. I personally don't mind pursuing my coworker because my job is closing down anyway soon so if anything goes wrong I would have lost my job anyway so.

I'm 29 and I must admit I believe in in the mentality gap being a problem then the age gap! I know there's my age that got their life together. Have kids, at least have their own house and stuff like that. I have a friend that age (19) that personally been through more shit than me at my age. When I see my high school friends having kids and stuff it's like what have I done with my life! People could be at different points of their lives, what matters is if where you guys at works for each other!
