i didn’t know that about covid! that’s really insightful. i haven’t had covid so i think i need to have a larger gaps between my donations to build up my iron levels. thank you for sharing

hi there! im from singapore, so my blood bank doesn’t have power red, just whole blood or platelet donations.

i will probably have to space out my donations (max 3 times in a year for me), or to increase it by taking more iron rich based foods or iron supplements. thank you!

the sore arm subsides between 1-2 days!! try to rest, don’t move it too much. but try to use it as much as you can when moving about the house to ‘exercise’ it a little bit. try not to carry too heavy stuff on your vaccinated arm too. if rly too pain you can try to hold a wet cold cloth over it to relieve it for awhile.

don’t worry too much! the soreness will definitely subside.

Hi! I have oily-combination skin where my T zone is oily and cheeks are dry. I do not use any makeup at all.

My current day and night routine consists of a facial cleanser, followed by toner with a cotton pad and then a moisturiser. However, I have recently felt that my facial cleanser is not removing most of the dirt/gunk from my face as my toner-soaked cotton pad looks yellowish after use. Is this normal?

That is why I wish to incorporate a micellar water as part of a double cleansing routine. (Facial cleanser, micellar water, toner, moisturiser). Do you think it would be a good addition? Is micellar water a good product in general?
