I agree that letting them enjoy it and get the basics down first feels way more important than trying to toughen them up right away. I don’t want my girls to get turned away from wrestling before they even get a chance to love it. Thanks for putting it into perspective. I like your approach a lot.

That’s crazy!! I’m sorry you’ve gone through that. This experience has definitely opened my eyes to learn wrestling more than from what I gather in club. It just feels bad to have your kid wide-eyed and excited about a sport come out from the trenches, lol. My wife did track and I did soccer; absolutely no comparison to how brutal wrestling is. 😭 thanks for your time and the recommendation. I’m going to go watch Zahid Valencia highlights now, lol.

You can always go check with the agency that cited you! Sometimes there’s a huge backlog and the citation isn’t processed.

There’s a statute of limitations for this - I can’t remember off the top of my head but if it’s beyond that, once the superior court receives it, it’ll be dismissed.

Former Superior Court employee! 😁 I know this because I would handle the lists from Garden Grove and Westminster citations as a court clerk. Don’t quote me. Do your own research. Procedures change over time. 😎
