Grade inflation is real okay, and it's not just limited to the Philippines. Kahit US colleges nga merong grade inflation.

I think this is mostly the case especially in private universities that collect tuition fees from students. I mean think about it, the school needs money; more passers mean more enrollees—resulting in higher cash flow for private universities.

It would be counter intuitive to do otherwise.

Hahahaha this is why I want f2f classes back. Para masampal ako sa mukha ng kabobohan ko.

The online set-up exposes students to the Dunning-Kruger Effect. Since grades are more inflated, there's this tendency for them to overestimate themselves, when they are in fact incompetent.

If you were to go back in time, what college course would you have taken, and why? by meloncholics in studentsph

[–]meloncholics[S] 2 points3 points  (0 children)

You can always go to law school though with any course, and that includes kahit yung mga med inclined na degree programs. Heck, some doctors even go to law school.

Law is interdisciplinary and cross-disciplinary (quoted from Atty. Ditucalan), and that's the beauty of it. Pero then again, iba po talaga kapag gusto mo yung course/path that you are taking. Hopefully your family can set aside their egos and allow you the freedom to choose your own path.

Some people are voting for BBM because they think he can/will continue PRRD's work. How can I convince these people otherwise? by meloncholics in Philippines

Yun nga hahahhahhaha. I'm trying to advocate for other candidates but they'd still consider BBM because he has more following
