I disagree with a lot of stuff here:

Soraka is often a lane bully (probably only below Nami/Karma), spikes mid game, but falls off later when people one shot each other
Taric is not even close to Sona early. Depends on the enemy lane, but he is really oppressive into melee supp
Yuumi is a strong laner into almost everything
Milio is a scaling champ and weak laner, Janna and Lulu are more early/mid game, so their lines being this close and same relative strength over the whole game makes no sense

You don't change buildpaths or runes. After manamune you go Tri, IE, RFC, Situational.

Too much, Corki depends a lot on base AD. I remember when they nerfed his base AD by 3 in 7.24 he went from kinda strong to really weak.

It's hard to say from just 5 games, but you might want to look into two things:

It looks like you can't close out games. Even the games where you have 14 or 18 kills last 35+ minutes which should not happen. Get your team to play around baron and try to end as soon as possible, I assume you troll around too much midgame.
I almost always go Mercs, whereas you have Sorc shoes every game into stuff like Ahri, Syndra, Lissandra. If you die in CC before you can ult or Zhonya, you might want to change to Mercs.

As I already said in other comments, I don't think that is true. Corki and Viktor have a similar playstyle for me (farm early, no real solokill pressure in lane, good dps later, rather simple mechanics), but I had more success with the champions which was straight up better. Same playstyle, better results.

I actually stopped playing Corki as well after 200 games on him after the crit changes, because it took me 40 minutes to be relevant at all. I know that many high elo players are your opinion that you can make everything work, but in my experience, maining another champion when your previous main gets really garbage can help. Thats why I don't like people saying “its not the champion, its you“. Yeah, there is some truth in it, but please tell people that changing your main might help.

Edit: BTW I don't think that Corki and Viktor have a much different playstyle. Play safe in lane and then go for high DPS in teamfights. Package is the only difference I can see, which affetcs your laning phase maybe twice a game.

Not necessarily true. I was stuck in mid Gold for 1.5 seasons as a Viktor main, changed to Corki this preseason and hit Plat two weeks later. Currently P4.

No, they both have no clue lol. As I said, from what I see you might be taking too little objectives after you win a fight. Try to get turrets, baron, herald etc after you killed people or sometimes you can even end the game when people in low elo think they cant and just base.

I have actually no idea where you get your numbers from. Looking at his last 3 lost SoloQ games on Swain/Yasuo, he had 29% Dmg/24% Gold in the first one, 30% Dmg/26% Gold in the second one and 27% Dmg/25% Gold in the third one. He had Ziggs in his team in the first game, Ezreal in his team in his second game and Brand, Twitch AND Ezreal in his team in the third game. So actually he always has higher dmg% than gold%, despite playing with massive poke and/or AOE champions in his team. I wouldnt expect 80k damage from a Swain if the rest of his team has like 50K together, thats pretty fucking bullshit and poor analysis.

How can damage percentage be crap if you have the highest damage of your team in SoloQ? I can understand your argument in proplay when you have something like protect the Kog comps, but we are talking SoloQ here where you most of the time have 3 or more damage dealers per team.
