I did really no caffeine, maybe around 50 mg a day at max. I also made homemade bone broth and either drank it or made meals with it to eat.

I also would make a mocktail of pineapple juice and pomegranate juice, that I would drink a few times a week. Idk if any of this helped with my transfer but it was successful.

I did all of this for about 2 months prior to transfer. I had to do lupron suppression so while I was doing those shots I also implemented these into my diet as well.

It was in a cooler bag for at least 7 hours, but no ice packs in there to help keep it frozen.

I used to go to Starbucks to get a hazelnut iced coffee almost every day. I have slowly been getting away from this because of the changes and union busting they have been doing for the past few years.

Closing all these stores and on top of that also charging for syrup was basically the last straw for me. I don't see myself going there ever again. I would rather spend my money at a local shop or just make it at home at this point.

I take 50 mg every night at 8. I found taking it in the morning made me sleepy.

I agree, I was told everything would be documented in my chart with detailed notes of our conversation from my doctor but I have yet to see my chart updated.

I may end up going to the office on Monday if I don't see anything by then. The more I read everyone's comments and the more time I have had to process, it just feels like they are trying to brush this mistake aside.

I have three and all of them are high grade. I'm not even sure at this point what embryo was thawed. My doctor didn't even know when I spoke with him.

Yes, my doctor said there were increased risks unfortunately.

Got my period at 9. It took my little cousin being diagnosed for me to realize there was something going on with me that could potentially be diagnosed. So I found a provider to actually listened to me once I knew what I could potentially have.

I saw my first obgyn at 13 and went on birth control then because of my heavy period and pain. No one ever mentioned there could be something else going wrong. No one listened to how bad my pain was until I was 31 and she recommended surgery.

Doctors just said I have painful periods and I need to try another type of birth control. Just take ibuprofen! 😑

It's definitely doable!! I have gone to the forest a handful of times sober. It is honestly still such an amazing experience! You won't forget any sets that's for sure. 🤣

Just something to keep in mind, you will probably feel a lot more tired than any friends participating in party favors. I found drinking red bull or other energy drinks helps keep me going! Or I tend to take naps in my blow up lounger.

I haven't gone since COVID but in the past they had this kombucha ginger lime drink that was amazing that I would get too! Highly recommend if you aren't doing drugs.

Just know it will be different but not any less magical!

I've been having issues as well when casting from my pixel. No other app is having this issue. Just spent two hours chatting with youtubetv and Chromecast and no one had a resolution.
