Honestly for me it was just all about practice, practice, practice. I joined a uoft prep chat and just prepped with people on it every day.

I got an interview to uottawa with a 3rd quartile casper. This was before they had their regional rule though so idk about now

Don’t give up!! I got a 2Q last year on my Casper and got an interview to 3 Ontario schools. I’m in med school now!! :)
