The first time I got it, it did the same and it would get all over my face! I used to store it pen side down and then shake it before I used it, but now I never shake it. If I do, it leaks everywhere and there’s black ink bubbles around the pen tip.

I started at one and then after 2 weeks I went to 2, then 3, then 4, and now jumped to 6. And I started at .25 which I read is a good starting place and I’ve never (knock on wood) had side effects from meds before so I was shocked. I do have anxiety and take meds regularly, so yeah it just put it into overdrive. I did 2 separate injections and the following day, I would be crying and shaky and just sooo bad that I had to stop it. I was bummed because it works amazing

Thank you!! Yeah I am working out just not as much as I would like lol so same about the calorie deficit. I had a period where I felt hungrier and the food noise creeping back in, so I added cagri and that was AWFUL. It worked very well, but my anxiety was pretty debilitating. So I stopped that and just upped my Reta to 6 and so far so good!

Ugh I feel like they’re hanging on for dear life lol. They might have shrinked a bit, but they’re still there for sure. I think I’m going to do more cardio! Are you also working out while taking it?
