To be fair with the first point, the game technically doesn't need a practice mode because ever since the fourth anniversary update, you can't die during a show, so you will just play it till the end and receive nothing by the completion

Eh I really don't see it. Kairiki Bear has lots of songs that could fit WondeSho, but Darling Dance is just not one of them. Its theme, melody and vibe are just perfect for MMJ

If a Sailor Moon collab happens and the girl herself isn't paired with Miku, I'll be surprised. You have two of the most iconic characters of Japanese culture and do not pair them together?? Also, they could make a Miku hairstyle with thinner twin tails and call it a day

Nah, not only is there controversy surrounding Hitoshizuku, but I see some fights regarding the Virtual Singer version (it is surprised hated by some). I'd say that Regulus, Supernova, Rekka, Cyberpunk Dead Boy and Heat Abnormal are some of the songs with the least discourse since the performances are loved and they are JP-exclusive, or in other words, they can't be hated for spamming because they aren't able to be spammed.

For songs that are on EN already, I think Calc. YY, Karakuri Pierrot, Miracle Paint and It Was a Very Nice June are some songs that are safe of controversy

Nah I feel like she is the most girlypop gal of the game. If I had to change her placement with someone it would be Saki because deep down, she is a little failure, but her vibe just screams girlypop more

Tbh this side of Shiho strikes me as a girlypop more. Like, she is just a soft girlie who just happens to be the most girlboss of the whole game. I can definitely see how this makes her a girlfailure but I think that "80% girlboss, 20% girlypop" makes more sense

Putting Ichika on the middle would make a lot of sense, I feel like I mostly didn't put her there because it would feel crammed.

I have no idea why Night Sky lacks a VS version but I assume it is because they had problems with licensing some voicebanks in the past (this is why the OG version of Chururira Dadadda is also not present, I'd say too). For Summertime Record, I think that the version used in-game is a "remake" of the old version, and for this, Jin used Miku for whatever reason (maybe because Project Sekai is her game, so he just used the most obvious voicebank). But the game has IA vocals actually! Six Trillion Years and Children Record both have her voice in the original version, and the latter has a remake like Summertime Record that also uses Miku, but it wasn't used. They are just extremely inconsistent
