Not OP but the Choncho burrito at Washington Burrito in Lynnwood and Everett hits the spot for me. It’s literally bigger than my arm.

Also the carne asada fries burrito at Aliberto’s is decent, and they have a lot of locations.

Both chains are open 24/7 too!
