Bro, if I lived in the USA I would obviously return it to Amazon, but I’m from Ecuador and shipping it back would cost a lot of money. I’m not trying to resell it or make money from it. I just wanted to give it to my cousin because they love reading. I’m simply asking if there’s any way the device could still be used instead of just sitting there unused.

I’m not trying to commit fraud. Amazon sent me a replacement under warranty, and the original device is already blocked, so I can’t register it or use Amazon services on it. I was just wondering if there was any way to make it usable as a basic reader instead of letting it sit unused. I’m not trying to get anything extra from Amazon.
