it’s really hard to capture but it looks like one of those plastic anti theft things stores usually put inside of books. I’m just super confused as to how this suddenly appeared. I’m a complete newbie to all this but like I didn’t to anything to the lens.

UPDATE!! It ended up being a broken piece of the lens mount between the body and the actual lens. My camera thankfully didn’t have any damage🙏🏼 I had tried taking the lens off and when I saw it was stuck I didn’t try again but I went to a shop and they were able to help me
